Child safety standards

TFOE-PE is the member app of The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles, Inc. (TFOE-PE). It is for adult members only: every account belongs to a member that a club officer has approved, and the app is rated for adults.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

We do not allow child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers children. This covers posts, comments, chats, photos, videos, files, business listings and profile pictures.

How to report

• In the app, open the post, comment or chat message and choose Report. Reports reach our team for review.
• Or write to billyranario@gmail.com with what you saw and where.

What we do

• We review reports promptly and remove content that breaks these standards.
• We suspend or delete the accounts involved and tell the member's club.
• We report CSAM and child exploitation to the authorities, including the Philippine National Police Women and Children Protection Center, the National Bureau of Investigation, and the NCMEC CyberTipline, and we keep the records they need.

Our commitment

We comply with Philippine law, including Republic Act 11930 (Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials Act), and with the child safety policies of Google Play and the App Store.
